DESCRIPTION

  • The house can accommodate up to 12 people.

  • The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms: 4 bedrooms with large double beds, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each.

  • All rooms are air-conditioned, the house is connected to wifi.

  • The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, large fridge and freezer, Nespresso machine, various kitchen utensils) and opens onto an outdoor kitchen, with traditional barbecue or Weber electric barbecue.

  • Outside, 3 large dining tables are positioned in various locations on the terrace.

  • The villa also has a large living room with sofas, flat screen, video games and numerous books.

  • A large swimming pool with beach for sunbathing as well as numerous deck chairs overlooks the garden, its lawn and its olive grove.

  • The villa is located 150 meters from the beach, less than 5 minutes walk. A gate at the end of the garden allows you to access the beach path.
